How can I book my stay?

You can book your stay 24/7 on our website: To book your apartment you can select in the search engine, your dates of stay and click on “search”. You will then be redirected toward the available apartment and its rates.

How can I obtain a booking confirmation?

If you booked your stay on, you will automatically receive a booking confirmation by e-mail, to the e-mail address given when you made the reservation.

What are the available services and benefits available?

1Stays offers a range of services and benefits, included or “à la carte”, such as : TV, free Wifi, cleaning, linen kit, folding bed, baby seat, laundry, parking…

What does the linen kit contain?

The linen kit given at your arrival contains 1 sheet, 1 duvet cover and 2 pillow covers by bedding and 1 towel by person, 1 bath mat by apartment. An additional kit is available on demand (option).

How often are the apartments cleaned?

The cleaning is made right before your arrival. An additional cleaning session is available on demand (chargeable option). We require that you let the apartment cleaned at the end of your stay, in a reasonable way (floor, toilets, fridge, kitchen counter etc.) We ask our guests to gather the used linens and towels before leaving the apartment, empty the fridge and take out the trash.

What are the apartments’ rules?

  • Our apartments are non-smoking
  • Pets are not allowed
  • Parties and special events are not accepted
  • Respect for the places, equipments and neighbours. 


What are the terms and conditions of online booking?

The indicated prices are fixed by apartment and by night, including city tax and associated services (such as parking). The entire booking has to be paid all at once. Every pre-paid payment is nonrefundable, except specific agreement from the Direction.

Is 1Stays’ website secure?

The 1Stays website is totally secured. It uses an encryption system of your data when it is transmitted on our network. All the data you have completed on our different forms (bank details), are automatically encrypted.

How can I obtain an invoice?

We cannot deliver any invoice online. We invite you to contact us directly at the end of your stay.


What is the check-in and check-out schedule?

At 1Stays, you can have access to your apartment from 2PM. The apartments have to be left before 11AM on your departure date.

How can I get to the apartment?

You can access to your apartment independently. Once you have made your booking the access code will be automatically sent to you.

Where can I find useful informations related to the apartments?

On the table you will find a document answering all the practical questions (WIFI, parking, etc.) We invite you to have a look at it on your arrival.
