Is the Crit'Air sticker mandatory?

The Crit'Air sticker is mandatory in the city center of Reims and in a part of the urban area known as the "low-emission zone" (ZFE). To drive within the ZFE, your vehicle must display a green Crit'Air sticker or be classified from 1 to 3, affixed to the windshield. You are not allowed to enter the zone without a sticker, or with a sticker classified as 4 or 5, as it may result in a fine.

Is parking in the city center subject to a fee?

Parking your vehicle in downtown Reims is subject to a fee. However, parking on public streets is free between 12 PM and 2 PM, as well as between 7 PM and 9 AM. Paid parking spaces are always indicated by white markings on the ground. Dashed lines outline the parking spots, and the term "payant" (meaning "paid") is painted along the spaces.

How can I obtain a booking confirmation?

If you booked your stay on, you will automatically receive a booking confirmation by e-mail, to the e-mail address you provided when you made the reservation (please check your junk mail inbox, as well).

How can I manage my booking?

To manage or modify an existing booking made directly through, please email us. To manage an internet reservation made from websites other than, please manage via that partner’s website or contact their Customer Service team.


What are the services and amenities available?

1Stays offers a range of services and amenities, included or “à la carte”, such as TV, free Wifi, cleaning, and linen set.

Is it possible to reserve a parking space?

A private and secure parking space can be reserved at an additional cost upon completion of your booking (7 parking spaces are available). This open-air parking is suitable for vehicles with a height not exceeding 2.40 meters. You can use the parking space from 3:00 PM on the day of your arrival until 11:00 AM on the day of your departure.

Is it possible to have a travel crib during the stay?

A travel crib for a child up to 3 years old can be reserved as an additional service upon completion of the booking. This service is available for apartments with a separate bedroom or more. Bed sheets are not provided.

What does the linen kit contain?

The linen kit given at your arrival contains 1 sheet, 1 duvet cover, and 2 pillow covers for bedding, plus 1 towel per person, and 1 bath mat per apartment. 

An additional kit is available upon request (optional).

How often are the apartments cleaned?

Apartments are cleaned and prepared right before your arrival. An additional cleaning(s) can be arranged upon request for an additional fee. We require that you leave the apartment reasonably tidy at the end of your stay(floor, toilets, fridge, kitchen counter, etc.). We also ask our guests to gather the used linens and towels before leaving the apartment, empty the fridge, and take out the trash.

What are the security equipment available?

The common areas of our establishments are equipped with video surveillance cameras. The accommodations, on the other hand, are equipped with smoke, noise, occupancy, and cigarette smoke detectors.

Is there a secure storage facility for bicycles?

Unfortunately, we do not have a secure storage area available to store bicycles or motorcycles.

Rates And Payments

What are terms and conditions of online booking?

The prices are fixed by apartment and by night, including city tax and associated services (such as service fees). The entire booking must be paid in full and in advance.

Is 1Stays’ website secure?

The website is secure. It uses an encryption system to handle your data when it is transmitted on our network. All the data you have completed on our different forms (including bank details) are automatically encrypted.

What is the check-in and check-out schedule?

At 1Stays, you can check-in and access your apartment starting from 3 PM up to 10 PM. The apartments have to be vacated before 11 AM on your departure date.

How can I get into the apartment?

You can easily access to your apartment using a code. Once you have made your booking the access code will be automatically sent to you.

Where can I find useful information related to the apartments?

On the table, you will find a document answering all the practical questions (WIFI, parking, etc.)
